SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

We hold stock in separate locations to better serve our customers who may live in different parts of the country. You may receive multiple packages depending on which items you have purchased. 

Chose Local Delivery?

Your order will be processed same day and shipped in a first order first delivered manor. A minimum of $20 per order is required to be eligible for local delivery. Our range is 50KM, if you are out of this range and are in need of your product in a hurry contact us for a quote. We will always knock or ring your door and ask for a signature for receiving your products. If you are not home your package will be left at your front door in the best place possible. Sometimes stock may come from separate locations, in this case you will receive two packages most likely on different dates. 

How do I check the status of an order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the shipping & fulfillment?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the local postal service or courier.

In some cases, backorders do occur which can delay the process. Our goal is always to ship it out to you as soon as possible. You can expect to receive a notification that your order has been packed within 5 business days.
