Description
Tradescantia are fast, colourful trailers striped in purple, pink, silver and green — and the cuttings root in days. This one is Tradescantia white 8"HB. It comes in a hanging basket, ready to hang or to set on a high shelf and let it spill.
Difficulty: Easy.
Light: Bright light, including some direct sun — colour washes out in dim rooms.
Care: allow to slightly dry between watering, avoid wetting leaves . Sun – Indirect Light Feed monthly in spring and summer with a balanced plant food, and repot one size up when roots crowd the pot.
Size: Trails 1 to 3 feet from baskets and shelves.
Toxicity: Toxic if eaten — keep out of reach of pets and small children, and wash your hands after handling cut leaves or sap.
