Description
Ficus Triangularis Variegated 4" - toxic
Super cute green leaves with white edges, smaller lyrata like leaf
A very forgiving plant with thick, oval-shaped rubbery leaves on tall stems. Great plant for cleaning the air in a space and improving humidity. Very good pest resistance.
Difficulty: Intermediate
Light: Bright, indirect sun. Avoid keeping it in direct bright sunlight, or very shady areas.
Care: Water approximately every 1-2 weeks, allowing the top inch of soil to dry between watering. Don't overwater. Too much water can cause root rot. Water more if leaves become droopy or start falling.
Size: Mature plants can reach heights of 5-6ft tall. Can be pruned to promote wider growth, otherwise they tend to grow up rather than out.
Toxicity: Moderately toxic for pets or children. Sap can cause irritation to skin or if swallowed. Wash skin if it comes in contact with sap and avoid contact with eyes.
