Tulsi - Holy Basil - not generally toxic

Water - Prefers slightly moist soil but is prone to root rot if overwatered. To keep your plant healthy, water it moderately, allowing the soil to dry out somewhat between waterings.

Light - thrives in 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily, though it can tolerate 4-6 hours in partial shade.  While it loves full sun for potent growth, be mindful of intense, scorching afternoon sun, which can damage leaves, especially in hot summer months. 

Mature Size - 1-2 feet approx.
