Light - Bright, indirect light. Sitting your plant in an east-facing window usually works well, or setting it back from a south- or west-facing window. 

Your ficus tineke might appreciate a few hours of soft morning sunlight, but avoid direct harsh afternoon rays.

Do not place in low light areas.

Water - Keep slightly moist during the growing season. Water when the top 2" of soil is dry.
