String of Fishhooks Succulent - toxic
Couldn't load pickup availability
Succulents store water in jewel-like leaves and rosettes โ maximum charm for minimum watering. This one is String of Fishhooks Succulent.
Difficulty: Easy.
Light: Bright light with several hours of direct sun. A south or west sill, or a grow light; stretched, pale growth means it wants more.
Care: Soak and dry: water deeply, then wait until the soil is completely dry (and then a few more days). Keep water off the rosette to avoid rot. Feed monthly in spring and summer with a balanced plant food, and repot one size up when roots crowd the pot.
Size: Most stay 3 to 8 inches across indoors; slow growing.
Toxicity: Toxic if eaten โ keep out of reach of pets and small children, and wash your hands after handling cut leaves or sap.
Grown and hand-checked at our booth โ Booth 801, Oshawa Markets, open Sat & Sun 10โ6. Questions about this plant? Ask us in person or send a DM and we'll help you pick with confidence.
