Opuntia Joseph's Coat Monstrose 3.5" - Toxic

Opuntia monacantha in its wild monstrose form, often called Joseph's Coat. One main pad throws off dozens of little finger pads in every direction, so no two plants ever look alike.

Care: Bright light, direct sun is great. Water only when the soil is fully dry. Watch the tiny spines (glochids) when you handle it, they stick in skin. Keep away from pets and kids.

Grown and sold by Grow Pro Equipment & Supplies, Booth 801, Oshawa Markets. Open Sat and Sun 10 to 6.
